Villa Sereia, a gem in the western Algarve is the perfect place for a successful holiday for our guests with standards.
The location is great, the villa a dream, spacious, very well equipped and maintained. Laid out on 2 levels, the lower level houses the generous entrance hall, the spacious living room with fireplace and an open modern kitchen. From the living room there is access to the terrace with great views of the sea, the pool and the garden. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms en suite and access to the garden are also located on the lower floor. On the mezzanine floor there is a guest toilet. A wide staircase leads to the upper floor, the two bedrooms are reached via a gallery. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, balconies and magnificent sea views.
Chic style, comfortable furnishings, a very pleasant ambience both indoors and in the garden, outdoor seating and olive tree included. Modern outdoor furniture, table tennis and table football offer variety, recreation and relaxation at its best.
The property is fenced in and lies directly on the sea, which means that you are only a few steps away from the water. The sandy beach as well as the centre of Praia da Luz can easily be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

- Check-out schedule: Before 10:00
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Parking space on request.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
