You will find beautiful accommodation in a cozy atmosphere with high-quality equipment. The loving details, the selected antiques, the Moroccan and Portuguese decor make the room something special and guarantee a wonderful feeling of well-being. The 165 m² villa is suitable for 2 to 4 people, children from 10 years and babies up to 6 m are welcome. From the spacious entrance area with cloakroom and adjoining guest toilet you enter the living room with fireplace, the dining area with sea views and the open kitchen, which is well equipped for all hobby cooks. The kitchen equipment includes a drinking water filter that filters chlorinated water and saves on buying drinking water. From the dining area, bedroom and living room, doors lead to the covered and furnished terrace areas and the private pool and solar pool heating with outdoor solar shower. Various seating and lounging areas with sea views are available. Villa do Mar has two bedrooms (closets) and two beautiful new bathrooms. The villa is very well maintained, it is constantly renovated and maintained, and the inventory is constantly renewed (pillows, blankets, mattresses). The large, well-kept garden has many Mediterranean and subtropical plants. You are welcome to pick figs, nectarines, blackberries, bananas, oranges, bitter oranges, tangerines, bay leaves and fresh herbs. The adjacent bird sanctuary A Rocha invites you to go hiking nearby. Lagoa do Alvor is ideal for windsurfers and kitesurfers. In the village of Odiáxere you will find small cafes, restaurants, mini markets, pharmacies, post offices, butchers and bakeries. The fine restaurants (Michelin star) Al Sud / Palmares Golf Resort with breathtaking views can be reached in just 3 minutes by car. The beautiful city of Lagos is also only a few minutes away by car and offers a wide range of shopping and leisure opportunities, good restaurants and an old town worth seeing. From the villa you can explore the beautiful Algarve to the west coast (Costa Vicentina) with your rental car, discover spectacular views and secluded beaches.
