We have stayed before with the previous owners. The improvements made by cutting back the garden make the pool more accessible and less debris falls into the pool. Anya was excellent when communicating prior to our arrival and when we required a replsee more
We have stayed before with the previous owners. The improvements made by cutting back the garden make the pool more accessible and less debris falls into the pool. Anya was excellent when communicating prior to our arrival and when we required a replacement iron. The area is quiet and the facilities with sun beds, out door seating and dining table with an excellent bbq make evenings enjoyable with a swimming pool that lights up each night with a different colour. Relaxing for families and children to enjoy the pool safely. Variety of TV channels available and Netflix Amazon for those who have subscriptions. Well kitted out accommodation and quality fittings and facilities and utensils.

Check in is at 4pm but we were delayed 30 mins but the staff cleaning were apologetic on our arrival and they left the place spotless. The kitchen door unit over the integrated washing machine still pops open and does not close so it can be a hazard.see more

The kitchen door unit over the integrated washing machine still pops open and does not close so it can be a hazard. The electricity panel fuse box tripped twice on our stay and it may be useful to have instructions for residents should it trip and how to reset it. I had previous knowledge of this type of problem and was able to reset it but others may not know the location of the panel and the basic checks to try to reset the the panel and switches.
