Sesmarias, a small village between Lagoa and Carvoeiro, is not as well known as the neighbouring coastal town of Carvoeiro, but offers a star restaurant and golf course as well as a beautiful location with a view of the sea.
The Lobito house is situated on the hillside with a view of the Atlantic, flooded with sunlight in a very quiet villa area.
The outside area is well kept, nicely decorated with flower pots, garden furniture and parasols, there is a brick BBQ, the pool area is fenced in to make holidays with small children a bit more relaxed - nevertheless this does not replace the parents' duty of supervision.
The house itself is very spacious on two floors, still built in traditional style of generosity, with hand-painted tiles in the bathrooms, spacious rooms and terraces and that very own flair of the Algarve. Comfortable, well-equipped and well-located, Villa Lobito is the perfect house for a family holiday with children or a family holiday with friends.
You can reach the small supermarket on foot, a large selection of restaurants, and the beach is only a few minutes away by car.
