    Casa Palmeira is nestled in the rural hills of Patã, a small village between Boliqueime and Albufeira, in a quiet villa area away from hustle and bustle. The Portuguese quinta preserves the originality of native construction, combined with modern high-quality and stylish furnishings and furniture. The owners place great importance on ensuring that selected Portuguese elements can be skillfully showcased in all living areas and the garden.
    2 Bedrooms (Air Conditioning) and 2 Bathrooms are located in the older wing of the country house with thick walls and covered terrace; one of these bedrooms has a cozy loft bed with a secure staircase. In the middle of the house is a spacious dining area with a beautiful wooden table, adjacent to the open, well-equipped kitchen with a Lacanche ceramic stove and Smeg vintage refrigerator. A few steps lead to the elegantly designed living room with access to the terrace and a view of the garden in full bloom.
    From the kitchen, you proceed to the further wing of the house with 2 bedrooms (air conditioning), dressing room and 2 bathrooms. One of the two bedrooms is located on the first floor with a large private terrace and a view over the landscape to the sea.
    There is a separate laundry room with a clothes drying rack, washing machine, and other useful utensils such as a vacuum cleaner.
    The garden and pool area with a sun deck under the passion fruit pergola are a single oasis of blossoms, a very well-maintained wilderness of bougainvillea, carob tree, water plants in a carved stone basin, banana plants, flower beds, pergolas, and lawn. There are several shady spots - under the carob tree, at the brick-built covered barbecue area, in the outdoor kitchen - to enjoy the different hours and moods of the day. The equally fully equipped outdoor kitchen offers a gas stove, sink, table, chairs, dishes, coffee machines (capsules and powder), toaster, mixer, electric juicer, and 2 refrigerators for successful grilling and sociable get-togethers with family and friends.
    A villa for people who appreciate tasteful ambiance in a rural, quiet location and yet have beaches, restaurants, and shops nearby.

    Jeder Aspekt unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes auf der Casa war wunderbar. Die wunderschöne Anlage und der Pool waren der perfekte Ort um dort Zeit zu verbringen. Die Zimmer sind durchdacht und mit vielen bezaubernden Details gestaltet.
    Die Sommerküche, mit der Möglichkeit die Mahlzeiten im Freien zuzubereiten und diese mit Blick über den Pool und die wunderschöne Gartenanlage zu genießen sind einfach traumhaft.
    Die Küchen, sowohl im Haus als auch draußen mit einem Doppelgrill, haben alles zum Kochen/Grillen was man braucht. An alles ist gedacht. Selbst Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind vorhanden.
    Die Lage ist ruhig, abseits des Tourismus, mit dem Auto 15 Minuten vom nächsten Strand und hat über die N125 eine gute Anbindung an Stadt, Flughafen, Restaurants und Geschäfte.
    Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
